- We currently ship across India.
- At this time, international shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned on the website.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary based on the customer’s location:

- Non-metro / rural areas: 5–8 business days

5. Perishable & Food Product Disclaimer (Coffee Products)
- Our products include coffee beans, ground coffee, and related consumables, which are food items.
- While we ensure proper packaging to maintain freshness and quality, minor variations in aroma or texture due to transit conditions do not qualify as defects.
- Products should be stored as per instructions mentioned on the packaging upon delivery.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.
7. Delivery Issues & Delays
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery
- Courier service disruptions
- Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government-imposed restrictions
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
In compliance with Indian consumer protection norms:
- If your order is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must share clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging for verification.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
9. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
